Nicholas Hay

Nicholas Hay comes from Tasmania, Australia. The 23 year old graduated from the University of Tasmania with a B. Business majoring in Marketing and Entrepreneurship in 2010. He gained practical experience as a stud groom at Armidale Stud and Grenville Stud in Tasmania. He was employed as a yearling groom at Cambridge Stud and worked at the Karaka Sales in New Zealand. He also worked as a bid spotter at the Inglis Great Southern Sale in Melbourne.

To date on Darley Flying Start Nick has completed work placements with Pedigree Consultants, USA and New Zealand Bloodstock. He is currently on placement with Rob Stevenson, farrier, in Dubai.
